Thesis Question

Here is my thesis question. I am not sure if this is good enough.

"How to reinforce and design a home for disaster victims and what type methods could be apply to the building."

    Is this goin to be focusing on homes in a certain region or is this more of a broad research on houses like we dont have a earthquakes im kamloops too much but they get lots in california
